We believe that on leaving SAS our students will be:

  1. Well-rounded individuals with strong character based on faith, truth, virtues, and Christian values.
    • Integrate knowledge with the teachings of our Christian faith.
    • Be a "light" to others by being a good example and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
    • Understand, appreciate and articulate the teachings of our Church; develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through participation in the Word of God, liturgical worship and the sacraments.

  2. Effective communicators through reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
    • Express themselves well in verbal and non-verbal languages.
    • Communicate effectively and interact with varied audiences.
    • Listen to others with respect.

  3. Achievers in the academic disciplines of history, mathematics, science, and technology.
    • Know and master the fundamentals of math, science and history.
    • Use technology for communication and learning.
    • Develop good study habits and learning skills.

  4. Appreciative of the values of their culture and arts.
    • Enjoy participating in the arts as performers or as an audience.
    • Integrate the arts as an expression of worship to the Creator and Greatest Artist.
